They are Sattva qualities “and” Rajas” are responsible for the awakening stage. Asleep is a non-removable routine that should not be avoided and one should sleep in time. Sleep is an appropriate state of the body where brain activity slows down.
No reduction of sensory and motor activity, so the reticular activating system (RAS) produces a state called sleep. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter necessary to induce sleep if the serotonin level that produces insomnia decreased i.e., lack of sleep or sleep disorders.
