How To Make Golden Milk?
Golden Milk Turmeric is one of the most valued spices used in Ayurveda medicine for its great health benefits for thousands of years.
Its properties are very numerous, but due to its effectiveness and scientific evidence, I would like to emphasize that turmeric is anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anticancer.
Currently, there are multiple scientific studies that demonstrate its effectiveness in these cases. For example, it is very effective in reducing joint pain that occurs with inflammation such as arthritis or tendinitis, and also in problems of the digestive system such as irritable bowel or gastritis.
