- Drink hot water all day to flush toxins from your body. Drinking a glass of boiled water after every meal will be very useful.
- To improve the problems of gastric digestion and control is advisable to sip ginger tea three to four times a day. Cinnamon, black pepper, or a combination of cinnamon powder with a teaspoon of honey can also be effective.
